14-day, no-questions-asked refund window for paid plans of randumb. Paddle is the merchant of record; refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
1. what is refundable
- monthly subscriptions — full refund within 14 days of your most recent charge.
- annual subscriptions — full refund within 14 days of the initial charge or any renewal charge.
- credit packs — full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have used less than 25% of the credits.
2. what is not refundable
- credit packs purchased more than 14 days ago, or where more than 25% of credits have been used.
- charges from a previous billing period (we cannot refund charges older than 14 days).
- fees that Paddle has paid to a payment network and cannot recover (rare; we will tell you if this applies).
3. how to request a refund
- email support@voiddo.com from the email address tied to your account.
- tell us briefly why — not because we will judge, but because the data helps us fix the product.
- we approve and forward the refund to Paddle within 1 business day.
- Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take an additional 1–3 days to post it).
4. partial refunds
if you used part of an annual subscription and want a refund of the remainder, we issue a pro-rata refund for the unused full months. example: 6 months into a 12-month subscription → 6 months refunded.
5. chargebacks
please email us before initiating a chargeback. chargebacks cost us roughly 25 USD per case in fees on top of the refund itself, and we are happy to refund you directly without that cost — the email path is faster too.
fraudulent chargebacks (i.e., chargeback after the service has clearly been used in good faith) may result in your account being disabled and your data being purged in accordance with our retention policy.
6. EU consumer right of withdrawal
if you are a consumer in the european union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under directive 2011/83/EU. by purchasing a digital service that begins immediately on payment, you consent to the service starting before the withdrawal period ends; in that case, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has begun.
our 14-day refund policy above is more generous than the statutory minimum and applies regardless of whether the EU statutory right is technically available to you.
7. failed AI generations
if a paid AI request (e.g., a jobmeta cover letter) fails server-side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account within minutes. you do not need to contact us. if it does not refund automatically within 1 hour, email support and we will fix it manually.
8. service downtime
if our API is down for more than 4 consecutive hours during a billing period, we credit pro-rata downtime to your next invoice. credit is calculated as (downtime hours / total hours in billing period) × plan cost.
