1. Who we are

jobmeta is a browser extension operated by vøiddo (“we”, “us”). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Contact: support@voiddo.com.

2. The service

jobmeta does two things:

  • Autofill — reads job-application forms on supported ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, BambooHR) and fills them with profile data you stored locally in your browser. Free forever.
  • Cover-letter generation — sends your profile and the job description to our backend, which calls our AI partner’s API and returns a tailored letter. Paid feature.

We may add, remove, or modify supported ATS and features at any time. Material changes get notified via the extension or email.

3. Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile data you store and submit through autofill.
  • One person, one purchase. Sharing a paid licence across multiple people violates these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information through autofill.
  • Use jobmeta to spam employers, automate mass-applications beyond reasonable human pace, or otherwise abuse ATS platforms.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the extension or backend.
  • Resell jobmeta access, generated cover letters, or our API responses as a standalone product.
  • Use jobmeta in any way that violates the terms of the underlying ATS provider.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Payments & subscriptions

  • Prices are listed on the pricing page. We may change prices going forward; existing subscriptions stay at the price you signed up at until you cancel.
  • The Job Pack is a one-time purchase: 100 cover letters, valid 90 days from purchase. Unused letters expire after 90 days.
  • The Recruiter plan is a monthly subscription with a daily cap of 10 letters. It auto-renews until you cancel.
  • All payments, taxes/VAT, refunds, and invoices are handled by Paddle. See Paddle’s buyer terms.
  • Refunds are usage-prorated and described in our refund policy.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel the Recruiter subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing support@voiddo.com. After cancellation your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; then your account reverts to the free tier.

7. Data & privacy

Your application profile is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and never leaves your device for autofill operations. For cover-letter generation, the relevant fields plus the job description are sent to our backend over HTTPS, processed via our AI partner, and the response is returned. 8. Intellectual property

  • The jobmeta extension, backend, prompts, branding, and documentation are owned by vøiddo.
  • You retain full ownership of the cover letters generated for you. We claim no rights over them; you may use, edit, or distribute them freely.
  • You grant us a limited licence to process the data you submit solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

jobmeta is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:

  • Generated cover letters will be accurate, complete, or land you the job.
  • Autofill will work on every field of every ATS — ATS providers change their HTML often.
  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vøiddo’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to jobmeta is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50, whichever is greater). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or lost data.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using jobmeta and uninstall the extension at any time.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or chargeback abuse.
  • Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) remain in effect.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be notified via the extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply, they take precedence over this clause.
