1. Overview
jobmeta is a browser extension operated by vøiddo. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. This policy applies to both the Job Pack (one-time) and the Recruiter subscription (monthly).
2. Free tier
Autofill on all supported ATS is free forever and never required a card. You can install jobmeta and use it indefinitely without paying anything — the paid tiers only unlock cover-letter generation.
3. Subscription cancellation (Recruiter plan)
- Cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing support@voiddo.com.
- After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Once the period ends, the daily letter cap drops to zero and you revert to the free tier (autofill remains).
- Cancellation is immediate and does not require contacting support.
4. Usage-prorated refunds
We refund the unused portion of your purchase at any time during the active period. The formula:
refund = (unused letters ÷ pack allowance) × amount paid
Job Pack example: you bought a 100-letter pack for $14.99 and used 30 letters. Refund = (70 ÷ 100) × $14.99 = $10.49.
Recruiter (monthly) example: on day 10 of a 30-day cycle (allowance = 300 letters with the daily cap), you have used 60. Refund = (240 ÷ 300) × $14.99 = $11.99.
- Refunds may be requested at any time before the active period ends.
- “Used” means a letter was successfully delivered to your browser. Failed generations do not count against your allowance.
- Once a refund is issued, the remaining allowance is voided and your account reverts to the free tier.
- Renewals (subsequent monthly cycles) are also refundable on the same usage-prorated basis until each period ends.
5. How to request a refund
- Self-service (recommended): open your Paddle receipt email — it contains a direct link to manage and refund the purchase.
- Email: support@voiddo.com with subject “jobmeta refund request” and the email used at checkout.
Refunds are issued by Paddle within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Non-refundable situations
- Letters already delivered to you are non-refundable (the AI compute has been spent).
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms or for chargeback abuse.
- Refund requests where no completed payment can be located (e.g. failed transactions).
7. Service issues
If our cover-letter backend is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a credit for the affected period. Contact support@voiddo.com with the dates.
8. Paddle’s role
As Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are technically processed by Paddle. In some cases Paddle may contact you directly regarding your refund. See Paddle’s buyer terms.
