Because urweb work is fixed-scope service work, refunds are based on unused work. If no production work has started, we can refund eligible payments through Paddle. If work has started, the used portion is deducted and the unused portion can be refunded where eligible.

Care-plan refunds are based on unused time in the current billing period, minus work already performed.
