ClaudeFlow connects Claude AI to UiPath Maestro BPMN to create self-healing business process pipelines. Instead of rigid hand-coded exception paths, Claude classifies exceptions at runtime and decides whether to retry, escalate to a human, or reroute — all inside a live UiPath Orchestrator process.

Claude Document Intelligence
Claude 3.5 Sonnet classifies contract type, risk tier, jurisdiction, parties, and completeness score. Structured JSON output feeds directly into BPMN routing.

UiPath Maestro BPMN
Orchestrator API starts a BPMN process instance. Each stage maps to a UiPath activity with configurable retry, timeout, and escalation gates.

AI Exception Handling
Any stage failure triggers Claude with full context. Claude returns retry / escalate / reroute with a specific instruction — no hand-coded catch blocks needed.

Human-in-Loop (Action Center)
High-risk or critical documents create a UiPath Action Center task. Claude generates a reviewer brief. Humans approve or reject; the BPMN resumes automatically.
